CHAPTER I
OBJECTIVES:
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
a.- Recover the freedom of the Mexican people;
b.- Restore the observance of the legitimate Constitution of 1857;
c.- Restores legality in the midst of anarchy;
d. – Organizes the procedure that tends to disappear to the usurping governments of the power, arisen from the rebellions and contrary to the constitution of 1857;
e.- Issue the constituent convocation from which legitimate governments are born again; Y,
f.- Resumes the tradition of legitimacy in the new governments.
PARTICULAR OBJECTIVES:
A.- The obtaining of a DECREE that provides for the restoration of the observance of the legitimate and still valid Constitution of 1857.
B. – The impulse of a LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE to establish in the constitutional article 35 regarding the rights of the citizens the REPEAL of the term “to be voted” that will be replaced by the term “to be able to be elect by lot”.
C.- LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE to ABROGATE in its entirety the contents of articles 40 and 41 of the current Federal Constitution (1917).
D.- LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE to CONFIGURE in articles 40 and 41 previously abrogated, the edition of a new model, system or form of government considered the most highly democratic that bears the name “DEMARQUÍA”.
E.- EXCITATIVE JUSTICE so that, based on Article 128 of the Legitimate Constitution of 1857, You (it) will be served in its terms the public accusation derived from a SUPREME LAW as it is the legitimate Constitution of 1857 , directed to that: “According to her and to the laws that in virtue had been issued, will be judged, thus those that would have appeared in the government emanating from the rebellion, as those who have cooperated to this”.
